Online Ordering

Our online ordering system is safe, secure and easy to use.  Near each item you'll find a quantity box and an "Add to Cart" button.  Enter your quantity and click the add to cart button.  You will then be taken to your cart where you may view your items, continue shopping or checkout.  To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply place a zero in the quantity box and Re-calculate.  When checking out, fill out  your shipping and payment information, double check your order and then click the submit button.  Fast...Safe...Simple & Secure.

Internet & Mail Orders: We are a Home based business and we answer your phone call at the office in our home, we ask that you call between the hours of 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Time Tuesday through Saturday.   We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.  Please have item numbers and credit card information ready. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice but only if higher costs are assessed on us. We stay in contact with our vendors in order to be as current as possible. Unexpected changes do happen but usually we are able to maintain most of our prices.

Shipping  

All in stock items are shipped the day after your order is received.  You can expect the fastest shipping available. Exceptions are when we attend wood carving shows and seminars in which case we may be away from our office for a few days. We ship orders by United Parcel Service (UPS.) and Priority Mail and is determined by the order size and weight.

We make every effort to keep all items listed in stock, however, sometimes we may have a short period where an item is not in stock.  Items not in stock generally take approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive your order.  If there is going to be a delay, we will keep you informed.   Sales Tax of  8.25% is applied to orders in the State of Texas. The tax applies to shipping charges as well as merchandise and your local sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping within the USA is based on the total weight the order.  Each item is calculated and the total weight of the order appears in the shopping cart.  The shopping cart then determines the actual shipping cost you will be charged based on USPS Postal Rates.  We will ship C.O.D. via UPS, add additional $6.00.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Shipments 
(Actual Cost, Best Way)  Contact us for actual shipping cost.  Extra options are available for additional amounts.  All shipping will be handled by The Old Texas Woodcarvers Shop selected carriers.

International Shipments

The Old Texas Woodcarvers Shop offers only the finest quality woodcarving tools and supplies.  Everything you buy is backed by a 30-day guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange your item or refund your purchase amount, whichever you prefer.  Return item(s) within 30 days of original invoice date in New Condition along with a copy of your invoice. Buyer pays all return shipping fees. No returns after 30 days after delivery. No returns for on sale or consignment items. Item must be undamaged with all materials or items included in a resalable condition. Our warrantee may be superseded by the manufacturer warrantee and return policies.
