Our online ordering system is safe, secure and easy to use.  Near each item you'll find a quantity box and an "Add to Cart" button.  Enter your quantity and click the add to cart button.  You will then be taken to your cart where you may view your items, continue shopping or checkout.  To remove an item from your shopping cart, simply place a zero in the quantity box and Re-calculate.  When checking out, fill out  your shipping and payment information, double check your order and then click the submit button.  Fast...Safe...Simple & Secure. 

If you prefer you may print an order form, complete it and mail to us with your payment including check, money order or credit card number including expiration date.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club.

Internet & Mail Orders: We are a Home based business and we answer your phone call at the office in our home, we ask that you call between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time Monday through Saturday.   

Retail Shop: Our carving shop in Old Town Spring Texas is open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 am through 5:00 pm, Central time Tuesday through Saturday.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks in US funds.

All in stock items are shipped the same day we receive your order.  You can expect the fastest shipping available. Exceptions are when we attend wood carving shows and seminars in which case we may be away from our office for a few days. We ship orders by United Parcel Service (UPS.) and Priority Mail and is determined by the order size and weight.

We make every effort to keep all items listed in stock, however, sometimes we may have a short period where an item is not in stock.  Items not in stock generally take approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive your order.  If there is going to be a delay, we will keep you informed.   Sales Tax of  8.25% is applied to orders in the State of Texas. The tax applies to shipping charges as well as merchandise and your local sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping within the USA is based on the total weight the order.  Each item is calculated and the total weight of the order appears in the shopping cart.  The shopping cart then determines the actual shipping cost you will be charged based on USPS Postal Rates.  We will ship C.O.D. via UPS, add additional $6.00.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada Shipments

Prices are subject to change without notice but only if higher costs are assessed on us. We stay in contact with our vendors in order to be as current as possible. Unexpected changes do happen but usually we are able to maintain most of our prices.
